  • Sessions are 200 CHF. I do not accept insurance.

  • Sessions last 50 minutes.

  • You can learn more about me here. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to support you on your journey to healing and growth. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR.

  • This is a time to get to know you and hear more about your struggles. I conduct an initial assessment and establish treatment goals, utilizing similar evidence-based approaches as in-person therapy.

  • Yes! I offer online and in-person counseling. My office is located at Silo Basel in Kleinbasel.
